Payment T&C’s

Payment term and conditions at Tuition School – 2019 / 2020

  1. Tuition School operates a system where installment payment is collected on the first working day of each month.
  2. Tuition School reserves the right to increase, adjust and amend tuition fees rates and notifies all changes with a reasonable notice or as they occur.
  3. Date of payment: First working day of each month.
  4. Invoice: All parents and guardians should receive invoice in the first week of the lesson.
  5. Annual course fee is divided into 10 equal monthly instalments.
  6. Invoice: Tuition school provides a statement for the payment made for every six months by email, on request.
  7. Mode of course fee payment: Course instalment fees are paid using standing order method. Tuition School expects all parents and guardians to set up a standing order with your bank following enrolment. Once you set the standing order, please inform us immediately.
  8. Enrolment fee: When a child enrols, there is an enrolment fee of £25 per child added to the first invoice.
  9. Additional charges: dishonoured cheques a fee of £25/cheque, late payment a fee of £25.00, cancellation, termination, ceasing of standing order while the pupil enrolment is active, a fee of £25.00 is chargeable immediately.
  10. If parents/ guardian decided to terminate the Tuition: One month’s notice is needed in writing and indicating the reason for the withdrawal for the refund of any fees paid. If it is less than one month no refund will be made.
  11. Cancellation of lessons by parents / guardians: No fee will be deducted, refunded or carried to the following month.
  12. Cancellation of lesson by Tuition School: If Tuition School cancels any lessons due to unavoidable circumstances, Tuition School will re-schedule an alternative lesson. If Tuition School is unable to re-schedule then full refund will be issued or fee will be carried to the following month.
  13. Cancellation due to illness and medical reasons by parents / guardians and absence notification: Parents should inform immediately by phoning / texting us (Admin: 07493001900) and then an absence notification form should be filled in. Tuition school will refund / carry forward for the following month. Tuition School reserves the right to request for evidences.
  14. Failing to make payment on time: No pupils will be allowed to continue without paying the tuition and material fees. If such situation arises, please speak to the admin immediately.
  15. Bank details:  Cheque (payable to Tuition School), bank transfer (Account Number: 13088691 and Sort Code: 23-05-80) or card payment at the reception. Once the fees are transferred into Tuition School account, please confirm it to us by texting to 07493001900 (Admin) along with your child’s/children’s name and the payment month.
